Which function needs to be occupied?

Are you passionate about creating an impact on the AV industry? PVS is a leading manufacturer of audio-visual solutions under the brands PROCAB, AUDAC and CAYMON for a wide range of applications. And we’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Account Manager Europe, reporting to the International Sales Directors, to join our dynamic, transparent, fun and collaborative team!  

As Account Manager Europe, you'll have the following responsibilities: 

  • You will be the first point of commercial contact between your customers and PVS.
  • You will bring our brands to the next level through your analytical skills and strategic insights.
  • On regular basis you have business reviews and reporting with your customers, together you define actions based on the results and analysis.
  • You optimize current key customers while identifying new business and market opportunities on an international level to support short and long-term growth.
  • You develop strategic relationships with distributors and regional partners to drive market share and accelerate PVS' product sales.
  • You drive fast introduction and launch of new products.  
  • You train distributors on new and existing product portfolio.  
  • You collaborate with various internal PVS teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to tailor products and services to international market needs. 

You are responsible for the following existing markets: 

Norway, Finland, Denmark , Sweden, Iceland, Switzerland, United Kingdom , Ireland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Egypt.

What are the expectations for employment?

  • You have strong commercial, strategic and administrative skills.
  • You have good technical or AV knowledge (electronics and IT/AV network technology).
  • You are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You get lots of energy out of partnerships.
  • You have a result-oriented hands-on approach, and you are driven to exceed targets and objectives.  
  • You are able to work well in a fast-moving international environment and are flexible towards travelling within the EMEA region.  
  • You are stress resistant, flexible, can work autonomously and are willing to go the extra mile.
  • You possess good communication skills and are aware of the importance of good stakeholder management.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You are experienced in CRM and good knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office is a great asset. 
  • Your home base will be in Europe for being in reach with your markets within max 2000km.
  • You are willing to visit your customers and markets with an expected travel percentage of 50%
